It was a pleasure working with Brittany in such a competitive market. being a first time home buying I had lots of questions that Brittany didn't hesitate to answer with detail. Brittany was consistently on time with emails and text messages, even went above and beyond to explain property information that I wouldn't think to ask about.

I don’t even know where to begin! Brittany went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I we’re both comfortable and had all the information we needed when viewing houses and while preparing to sell our own home. We had a lot of questions, concerns, thoughts and uncertainties along the way and Brittany handled all of them with patience and kindness the whole way through. Brittany and the team were extremely knowledgeable and supportive through the entire process and we both always felt very well taken care of. My wife and I went into this experience not entirely sure what we wanted other than to move back home to the country and closer to where we grew up and our family and friends. Brittany helped us navigate all of that so effortlessly and remained so patient through the entire process. We don’t have the words to thank her or the team enough for all that they’ve done. They went above and beyond every step of the way and we are very grateful for the service they provided! Would recommend Brittany and her team to anyone I know!

We sold our house through Brittany in 2021. Despite the unpredictable market, she was very calm, prepared, and always professional and helpful. We would absolutely recommend her! (Her stager and photographer were excellent, too!)

This was the first time I was buying a house. I saw Brittany on CAF FB page panel discussion giving advice for the current house market representing Ottawa among other realtors. I have picked her as my realtor and It was a right choice. To begin, she laid out a timeline, she linked me with the real estate portal and kept me constantly updated on houses that would meets my needs. She made the process simple by lining up the shows virtually and in person. The first two days were difficult because the market was hotter, and the houses I visited were not based on my needs until she found one house for a showing for the next day. The house was what I was looking for and most importantly there was no a bidding war. She understands the military moves and she recommends other service providers such as inspector, lawyer and etc.. she is very friendly, professional, and caring. She was always available to answer my calls and emails. I would highly recommend Brittany to anyone looking to purchase a home in Ottawa area.
