This was our second time working with Brittany and she made the process very easy. She is always quick to respond to our questions and checked in often. If we move back to Ottawa we will be giving Brittany a call!

She was the most patient and understanding person to work with during this journey of finding our first family home! She was amazing to work with and will recommend her to others!

Brittany was always quick to answer my questions, and solved my problems with ease. She provided accurate and detailed information about new listings as soon as they went up, and even went out of her way to make me aware of listings that might catch my eye. She provided me with all of the tools I needed.

Brittany was wonderful to deal with! She knew the market very well and priced the house perfectly to sell fast and get us the final selling price we wanted! The staging and photography/videography services were excellent, and the end product was beautiful for the listing and showings. We went away during the time the house was on the market, just stopping by the house quickly to turn lights on and off. Brittany offered to take care of this for us, but we didn’t want her to have to go out of her way. After the final showing we returned home and she had shoveled the driveway for us which was a very unexpected surprise. Although I knew she was dealing with multiple clients, the days we were on the market we felt like her only client because she was always so quick to communicate, and calmed my nerves about things. I will happily send friends and neighbours to Brittany when it’s their time to buy or sell!

Brittany Bekkers was outstanding in every aspect of our house hunting trip (HHT) as first time home buyers. She understood the urgency and stress that typically accompanies the week long HHT. She is detail-oriented, patient, very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and an excellent communicator - you couldn’t ask for better qualities in an agent. She set up and confirmed viewings within a matter of hours and was very responsive by email and phone. Notably, Brittany set realistic expectations for each step of the process which is especially critical given the current market. We would absolutely recommend Brittany for any friends and family moving to or from the Ottawa area.
