My husband and I were so grateful having Brianna as our realtor to help us sell our townhouse. Prior to meeting with her that day so she could assessed our property, I was a little bit anxious as I don’t know how to go about selling and the stuff associated with that. However, upon meeting Brianna and after our discussion together with her recommendation on the approach and the selling price based on the current market value, I went back home relieved. Yesterday, Dec-02, 2025, was a special and emotional day for my wife and I as the sales of our condo was closed on this date. We entered into Seller Representative Agreement with Brianna Wagner in late September. We received an offer on Nov-06, 2025. It is just a bit over 2 months from the date of listing to closing. We are pleasantly surprised and impressed with how fast Brianna made this happened in light of tough condo markets in Edmonton. Brianna is very professional, courteous, responsive, caring and taking responsibilities seriously. These are very important to us because that condo is just our second home as we live in Richmond, BC. With my wife and I being away in BC essentially throughout the whole listing/sales process, Brianna helped us getting the condo ready for listing, overseeing and ensuring the subject-to conditions were addressed, and keeping us informed/updated throughout the process. She even arranged and conducted a joint walkthrough with the Buyer's agent one day prior to Closing to make sure everything is fine with both buyer and seller (us). In closing, we feel that we are lucky and blessed to engage Brianna on the recommendation of our realtor niece, Melody Wilson (Melody does not handle buy/sale of condos). Brianna took away the stress and anxiety typically associated with property sales from our shoulders and made it uneventful for us.
