Brian sold our house in a very difficult market, juggling 2 other conditional deals to make it happen. Our new house needed some renovations, and Brian suggested a couple great design ideas (which we implemented) based on his home building and renovation experience. Our new house didn't have air conditioning installed yet and I mentioned in passing that our bedroom is smoking hot. Brian shows up at my front door with a portable air conditioner for our bedroom until ac can be installed - and he helped me install it! Everyone likes to say they go 'above and beyond.' Brian truly does.

Although my agent helped me with the negotiating process, in hindsight I felt I gave up too much too soon. I would have liked to have gotten more advice as to what stage in the negotiations and in what amount to offer incentives to "sweeten" the pot.

We contacted Brian in 2019, after seeing his sold sign on a house down the street. He gave us good feedback and we felt comfortable listing our house with him. He was patient with all our questions. In what was a very tough market, Brian sold our house in 2019, for good value. With Brian's experience in construction and renovations, he gave us good suggestions on what could be done in properties we were looking at. His network and knowledge of trades was really helpful in getting changes made to our new property before we moved in. We feel we can call on Brian for advice or expertise, now and going forward. He and his team were pleasant, efficient and great to work with.

His background in home renovation, community involvement, overall knowledge of the local real estate market and down to earth approach to selling my home was exceptional.
