Brian was awesome. I do believe the sellers agent let him down and it unfortunately affected the final experience for me. The seller had left stuff in the condo, which should have been previously checked by sellers agent. This did mar moving day. Brian did kingly remove the items but not fir a few days and not until I had pointed them out. ( no purchase walk through). I love the condo and the area and my parents for whom we purchased the condo are very happy.

Brian Cyr provided top notch service in selling our home. Right from our initial meeting we knew we were dealing with a very professional agent. The promotional package, including video was top notch. Brian laid out a very strategic plan and executed with precision. Thanks to Brian and his team for going above and beyond to sell our home.

Brian helped my wife and I for three years while we were looking to move off our acreage. We looked at approx. 45 houses with Brian and during this time his integrity and professionalism was exceptional. Never did Brian get tired of finding and showing us possibilities. He was always very patient and enthusiastic, always working on our behalf and never putting pressure on us. His knowledge of construction and the market were two features that made working with him a very positive experience. He first concern was always trying to help us find the right fit. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Brian, and I have done so many times. It was a great pleasure to work with someone as dedicated, honest and professional as Brian.

We used Brian Cyr for the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous home in the spring of 2019. You could not ask for a better real estate agent. I have since referred Brian to two other friends, who also had successful dealings with him. Needless to say, we would not have introduced him to our friends if we did not have 100% confidence in Brian. Brian took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a new home. We were busy with work, our son's hockey, and daughter's dance.. so Brian was very respectful of our tight schedule. He was very good at vetting appropriate houses to view and did not waste our time with those that were not a fit. Every time he suggested a home to view, it was worthy of consideration. When it came to the purchase of our new home, we were looking at more established neighborhoods, which meant major renovations. Brian’s expertise as a contractor was invaluable. He told us what changes were realistic and provided us with reasonable estimates of the renovation cost. In two instances (including the house we eventually purchased), he asked the owner/builder for blueprints to look over with contractors he trusted. For us, this was one of the greatest benefits of working with Brian. With respect to selling our existing home, Brian worked very hard for us in a tough market. He recommended a few fixes and touch-ups that would make the home more saleable. Not only did he recommend good people to do the work at a fair price, he would schedule and coordinate all the work. We would give him the OK and he would look after the rest. We also saw Brian (while in his suit) crawling on the ground and climbing ladders at our house on more than one occasion. He was a bulldog negotiating our house sale, in what was a difficult and time-consuming deal to put together From the very outset, he explained how we would communicate with each other (such as using group text to coordinate viewings of our home.) This made the entire process very efficient and there were absolutely no surprises. When we texted or called Brian, he always responded right away. Probably to a fault though… honestly don’t think he took any time off! As we wrote this review, in the interest of being completely objective, we tried to think of anything negative to say about our experience. The only negative part of the experience was out of Brian's control... and that was the tough market conditions. We ended up selling our house for less than "we thought it was worth". However, with the benefit of hindsight, he was right and we were wrong. If we hadn't listened to him on pricing, it would have only gotten much, much worse. Bottom line... We feel we received tremendous value working with Brian on both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. He earned every dollar of his commission. He is a professional, friendly, knowledgable, organized, hard-working guy. The previous sentence may sound a little cliche, but it is all true. He also has a pretty decent sense of humor... or so he tells us.

Couldn’t ask for a more dedicated Agent than Brian. He has sold multiple properties for us - all of them when we were living in a different Country. Brian went above and beyond to have any small item, such as a repair or maintenance issue, dealt with easily and stress free. We highly recommend Brian if you are looking for a professional, efficient, and caring individual.
