My wife and I chose Brian Cyr on the basis of his success in selling a neighbour's property in a matter of days. He responded to our call immediately and came to look at our house the next day. He combines vast knowledge and superb tact that immediately made us trust him and assign our house selling responsibility to him. We did not hesitate in doing so, and have had no reason to question our decision. He priced the property after looking at it carefully and had no problem coming up with a precise price. We felt very satisfied with the amount. He had a home selling design expert (at his own cost). Her name was Val and she was able to have the house 'dressed up' by suggesting precise but not too difficult rearrangements that we are certain aided in the marketing of our property. Thank you Val! It appears to be one of Brian's superb abilities to use a variety of appropriate methods to market a property. Most important of these was to engage an excellent photo/videographer to take 360• view of the house and its surrounding. As for the actual sale is concerned, Brian's work needed to bring in about 6 or 7 parties which was most convenient for us. Finally the house sold in about 2 weeks without any hassle, and for nearly the same amount as advertised. It will be amiss of me to neglect mentioning the superb team Brian has assembled to assist him. Next I must thank Jett Poliquin who showed us around expertly when it came to buying our next home. Jett is most knowledgeable and polite. He was also able to steer us toward properties that were close to our needs. And the helpful and efficient ladies who manage Brian's office deserve our thanks and praise. We are delighted that we had Mr. Cyr on our side during both selling and buying. And we thank him as fully as possible.
