Brian was invaluable during negotiations as we knew we would be taking a loss on our home and wanted to minimize the loss as much as possible. Brian knew our bottom line and was able to close the sale without compromising our bottom line. He was extremely responsive throughout the process and we always felt like his #1 priority despite having many clients to juggle. We cannot say enough good things about our experience.
