Brenda came well prepared to our initial consultation and provided us with a very thorough overview of the selling market in the area. She provided us with solid advice and ideas and we were able to successfully sell our house within a two week time period. Brenda offered "staging" ideas that proved successful in the sale of our home. She was prompt, courteous and very professional as our realtor. Brenda provided us with ample time between showings and consulted with us directly after each showing. Brenda is very personable and upbeat.
