We purchased a home through Brenda for possession June 6, 2024 and she worked very hard to ensure we were successful especially considering our specific interests and the limited market available in our preferred area. Brenda was impressive in that she regularly made herself available to us outside of normal business hours to ensure that all communications during the lead up to and conclusion of our purchase were instantly available to us. We were disappointed in the follow up of the vendor's agent who shared the same office as Brenda and has failed to complete a request we were advised would occur before we took possession but after the deal was finalized. That request remains outstanding.

Brenda was very accommodating of our quick timeline, did an excellent job showing the homes and providing us with insight into each of them. She was always very quick to get back to us, and was very fast with the offer and closing procedures.
