Brandon Guile was an amazing realtor and we would highly recommend him. We were in touch with multiple realtors, initially, when we started looking at properties to buy. Quickly, Brandon’s thoughtfulness, knowledge, and communication style set him far above the others. Never pushy, he kept checking in with us and anytime we had questions about a property listing we found, he was quick to find out thorough answers and impressed us with his knowledge of neighbourhoods and future plans for areas. Brandon even travelled to a property we could not get over to see and made a video of the land and sent it to us! Who does that? He kept our dream in mind when suggesting properties and showed us every one we asked to see, plus a few extras, and helped us find our dream acreage! Brandon gave us wise advise during negotiations and was available through all stages of the deal!

Brandon went above and beyond and every possible turn. Couldn’t have imagined a better experience. I would recommed him to anyone I cared about as they would be lucky to have him working with them.
