Brandon is very knowledgeable about the Comox Valley and also really knows the neighborhoods in each town, which we appreciated. He is also an excellent communicator who not only patiently explained the process to us, but always answered our questions in a timely manner. We trusted him and were impressed with his professionalism, advice, and knowledge of home repairs needed when evaluating whether to purchase a home that we viewed. He helped us with our offer and negotiations and successfully guided us in our purchase of a home where we were one of 11 offers.

We met Brandon a few years ago when we purchased our home. This is the second time we used Brandon to help my mom with her purchase and we cannot be more pleased with the service we received. He took time to get to know my mother's unique wants/needs and did an excellent job of narrowing our search. Brandon's knowledge of the Comox Valley is commendable and we learned a lot about our new area as well as finding the perfect place! Brandon also did well at explaining rules/contracts to us and we felt very confident with our final price and decision. Would definitely recommend Brandon!

Brandon did an awesome job for us. He is very knowledgeable about the local market and his friendly manner enabled us to get to the front of the line on a unit that came on the market in the same complex while he was waiting for us to arrive for a viewing (he was chatting with anyone and everyone who came by and the agent for the new listing was putting his sign up while Brandon was waiting). We lost he first unit but Brandon's charm and quick thinking gave us the inside track on the unit we are now happy to call home!
