Brandon helped us upsize from a two bedroom townhouse to a 2000 square feet duplex in 2024. Brandon was really diligent when selling the townhouse during slow season. He would hold open houses every weekend and did many showings during the weekdays, while following up constantly with potential buyers to try to get us the best price. As a buyer's agent for our duplex, Brandon did a great job researching on what a reasonable offer would be for the listings and we were happy with the end result from both transactions!
