Brandon is very nice & very good. He helped to sell my old house and buy a new one. It was a lot of stress when buying with condition of selling the old house but Brandon handled my situation very well. On top of that, he is honest, and he always keeps his word. I'm still over the moon even though it has been 1 month since my closing day was August 30/ 2024, I still couldn't believe we did it. Amazing guy. Highly recommend.

Brandon recently helped my partner and I purchase a little piece of heaven in an area of town I didn't even know existed. We weren't necessarily ready to move when we started looking, but were facing a situation where we would have to within the year. With his help and keen eye, we were able to find an amazing place that somehow checked off all of our boxes, even the ones we thought would be impossible to fulfill given our limited budget. Brandon was alongside us through the entire process, from our first visit to collecting the keys. As first time home buyers, I couldn't have been happier to have such an attentive, invested, and capable realtor on our side. Throughout all the twists and turns and paperwork, he was always available to help make sense of things with patience and empathy. It's taken a couple months to settle in, and we still have some unpacking and upgrading to do, but we're looking forward to years and years of growing with our new home! Brandon helped us sell our townhouse in Port Moody and purchase a half duplex in Burnaby. We were very particular about wanting to secure a house to purchase prior to selling our own house and making sure to time in perfectly and Brandon was able to negotiate that for us really well. He held open houses every weekend for our townhouse during the slow season and we were able to buy our new place and sell our old one within one day of each other. He accompanied us to look at the various houses we were interested in buying and provided a lot of valuable knowledge. When we were selling, he also followed up with the potential buyers with every opportunity he could. He did a great job and was very thorough. He was funny, informative, helpful and very charming! We really enjoyed having him as our realtor and he made the process very smooth and less stressful for us. Also, Anthony was great too! He was very nice and friendly and also did an amazing job showing our home and helping as well! I have nothing but good things to say about the Brandon Gee Moore Realty group!
