For over 10 years I’ve been purchasing, renovating and selling manufactured homes. I was planning on doing the selling more or less on my own, “by owner”. However Brad challenged me and indicated that he thought he could bring me better value even given the additional real estate fees. And he did. He has brought me a better returns and quicker sales than I could have on my own. He’s knowledgeable in the market, and has a quick ability to read people. He’s positive, fun to be around and quick to respond. Another thing I have liked about Brad is that even though most of his clientele are high-end and his playground is for the most part in a different part of the financial pool, he has put in similar efforts to market my mobile/manufactured homes, even given the lower return his time and effort. I’ve got a couple more projects for him coming up and would recommitted him any day.

We had no idea where to turn, and in one quick call, he arranged the help we needed. From there on, his consistent guidance and advice was always timely and helpful. What we really valued as well was his honesty in our expectations, thereby not wasting unnecessary time in listing at unrealistic prices. He seemed to have a good idea what our eventual selling price could be, as well as the price we could offer on our new purchase. Brad’s communication with us was exceptional: he was always available whether it was by text or email. We never had to wait for an answer to a question that we had. His instructions on next steps when the sale and new purchased was happening, were very clear and concise. Also, even in the days following purchase, when we had some questions on the new place, he was always able and willing to get answers for us. In short, Brad was the agent who efficiently made the sale and purchase happen. His professionalism was evident throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate to contact Brad for our next move.
