My wife and I have known Brad Neufeld for four years now. Brad was the listing agent of the condo we bought on Bear Mountain Parkway a few year back. When we met him we found him to be very personable and knowledgeable of the real estate climate. So much so that we hired him to sell our single family dwelling for us in Colwood. During our two year stint at Bear Mountain, Brad remained in contact with us to keep us apprised of the market and other opportunities. When the right opportunity was presented to us we hired Brad once again to sell our condo and represent us with the purchase of a new construction town home on lower bear mountain.
