We would not hesitate to recommend Brad to our friends and family. He is knowledgeable, efficient and was very attentive to our needs and questions. He also was a strong advocate for us in negotiating our accepted offer.

We called Brad after seeing a property in a complex we liked come up for sale. We had been watching this complex for a while and noticed the units that come up for sale are few and far between. At this point, we had no idea of the incredible 3-week journey we had in store. On Sep 3rd we had an initial meeting with Brad. He explained that our only option was to make a subject to sale offer. Anyone who has been through selling and buying their home with a "subject to sell" clause knows how extremely stressful this process is. We knew everything had to fall in line quickly in order to secure the deal. Even though the sellers had accepted our offer, the pressure was on to sell our home before the contract expired on October 6th. By September 25th, all subjects were removed. Brad had sold our current home and he had closed a deal on our new one. All in 3 weeks! Amazing! This began as a bit of a pipe dream for us but working with Brad made it a reality. His tenacity and goodwill throughout the process was both professional and refreshing. His extensive knowledge and background in home renovations is definitely an added bonus. Our personal favourite was during the initial walkthrough when we caught Brad under one of the washroom sinks inspecting the plumbing – not what you would see from your average realtor. We know it sounds cheesy but working with Brad made our dream a reality. If you’re ever looking to buy or sell your home, Brad is your man. We would recommend him highly.

Me and my spouse worked with Brad to purchase our very first home in Canada and successfully made it. While buying a house sometimes looks complex and requiring a lot of attention of details and domain specific knowledge, Brad helped making it just a piece of cake for us. From our experience working with him, Brad is a highly professional and knowledgeable realtor with extremely kind and open personality. He is always there to elaborate and assist in various questions that may pop up during the home purchase process. Viewing a property with Brad is a pleasure. He is attentive to details from generic to very small ones, which helps to build up an objective opinion about the property as well as about the neighborhood. As well, when it comes to making a decision with trade-offs, he is always there to help evaluating how much of an additional budget a property might require after you buy it. I can't help but highly recommend Brad as a realtor that brings you that peace of mind that you might be expecting and looking for when working with a professional.

Brad is my first realtor (and probably last in this area) but I can still say no one can beet his knowledge in this industry. Specially, in trie cities. I is extremely calm, professional and enthusiastic person. He seem to love his work. All I can say he is working accordingly to his tag line - ‘ making positive difference in his clients life’

We met Brad a few years ago at an open house and both my husband and I liked his knowledgeable and personable style...great positive energy and practical approach... when we were ready to get busy finding our forever home, he made the whole process pleasant and as minimally stressful as can be—he is a great communicator—quick to respond, courteous, organized, & upbeat :) He also has a lot of great experience from many home renovation projects, so we really appreciated his eye for what tweaks could be done for enhancing properties we considered.
