We're glad that hired Brad for our condo purchase. He is highly professional and knowledgeable agent. One important skill that distinguishes Brad from other agents was knowledge in renovation and construction. In such hot market we did not have an option to put a subject for inspection so we relied on Brad's knowledge and he didn't let us down. Brad also helped to manage difficult situation in out favor that was caused by seller's mistake that we found out a day before completion. In general, communication with Brad is easy and positive.
