Bradford sold me my first house. I bought with my wife in late 2018 basically right before the real estate market went crazy. I was new to the game and Brad helped me through the details and made things stress free. He gave his knowledgable opinion but didn't push me in any specific direction. It was a great experience and we absolutely love our property. I have since bought two income properties with Brad last one completed in 2022 in a very different environment compared to my first purchase. Each time there were the inevitable "hick-ups" but Brad handled each obstacle with professionalism and worked hard to make sure we could get the deal we wanted.
