I cannot recommend Bradford enough! He consistently went above and beyond our expectations, kept us informed at all points and was incredibly knowledgeable about the market. This was our first proper experience with a realtor in Canada and his patience and understanding with our constant questions made us more confident in what we were doing. He also has a fantastic eye for details and his due diligence/network of external contractors not only ensured all the information we received was correct, it also potentially saved us thousands of dollars!
