In the new year, I felt it was time to sell my home and move to a retirement home. I asked my daughter if she knew any real estate agents. She knew one, Bo Kauffmann, a volunteer at Darcy's Arc, where she also volunteered. So, ok, let's meet him at the house and see where that goes. After a visit to the premises, and a review of services and costs he proposed, I asked him if he would be interested, to which he was. I was pleased with his recommendation and he gave us powerful hints to make the home market ready; like you need to do this and you need to do that. It took a good while to get things to where Bo thought it should be. In the meantime, I had moved to a retirement residence, and Covid 19 was playing havoc and on April 1st we were in a lockdown. Bo prepared the contract documents, property description and disclosure and shared it by phone and email for review Then we met on opposite sides of front glass door to the facility, one on either side of the door, for me to sign the contract and initial the documents he had prepared. That was April 19/2020, and the same date it was listed on MLS. Viewings with pre-approved buyers began April 23rd and closed at noon on April 28th.A very good response produced a buyer. Bo made another stop at my residence for another signature to accept the bid recommended by him.After that it was onto the legal people to finalize all of the legalities involved. I was amazed at the speed at which the process evolved to a clear, successful, and satisfactory conclusion. Thank you BO. Yes, you have my recommendation. Congratulations on a job very well done! Bo was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in the sale of my mom's house. We were quite concerned about selling the house in the middle of the pandemic, however Bo assisted us in getting a lot of showings, and many offers. We ended up selling the house for more than we expected. It was an easy transaction, and surpassed our expectations.

Honest to God, we couldn't have made a better choice for a real estate agent! Talk about complete and utter professionalism. Without Bo, I doubt we would have found the buyer for our house. The quality of service was also nothing short of outstanding! Drone footage, detail, you name it. And he literally took care of EVERYTHING for us.
