<p>Bo started out giving us “the talk” about our expectations and obligations vs the reality of today’s real estate market. He was clear about the costs of listing and what services he would deliver.<br /> Then he promptly did way more than that. From two sets of photos, the video tour and weekly assessment of the market to calming talks after the first few showings, Bo kept us up to the minute on his marketing plan and feedback from other agents.<br /> I’m not sure what else to say about his professional approach to great service other than to say I recommend him without reservation!</p>
