I trusted his direction, and soon as the listing hit the market, we received a bunch of inquires and Bob brought few buyers by himself and showed everywhere while I could do my work, and other realtors brought their buyers too later. An offer was received and during the negotiating, I was anxious and nervous but Bob guided me well throughout entire process.
