First of all, as far as I know, Mr. Kyoung always thought from the customer's point of view. He did not rush to urge the customer to buy the condo I was looking for and waited for the customer to decide. Second, he always fits the customer's schedule. Even on holiday evening, we worked together to see the condo, which I finally purchased. Third, he has accurate information about the right price. Consequently, he is very good at negotiating prices. The greatest quality of an agent is to buy cheap and sell high. When I sell my current house, I will leave it to him again, because a person who can buy a house cheaply has the ability to sell it for a higher price than others.
