I got help from Bob for buying and selling my place. It can be quite stressful sometimes but because of his excellence, I was pretty happy through the whole process. He is always not only optimistic, calm, kind and gentle but also professional and knowledgeable. He sometimes makes me laugh with his sense of humor. I was pretty satisfied with almost everything done by him in this long journey with my favorite little condo. I have heard that a lot of people around me have dealt with business contract of sales with realtor Bob. Actually the restaurant we're trying to open is pretty small in size, so I first contacted with no big expectation of how well they would take care of our business. But they have kindly explained every step of the process, and even the details that we would've missed due to our lack of experience in business sales. I was also surprised and impressed how smoothly all the arrangements (ie. Monthly rent) have been made with the landlord and how everything was achieved at the end.  While preparing, I felt like I was in a rush but thanks to their help, I was able to look into all the details and successfully complete this process.
