I had a great experience working with Blu. He had a lot of good insight, and knowledge of different areas in Edmonton and surrounding areas. If I had any questions he was always quick to answer. I hadn’t bought a house in nearly 10 years so he helped me huge with what to look and look out for. Highly recommend.

Blu went above and beyond to find us our first house. At any hour of the day we wanted to see a house, he was there and made sure we could see it. He was honest and told us what to look for in a house. He’s very friendly and we never felt rushed with any of the process. He welcomed us into our first home and we couldn’t be happier ! The champagne and gift card was a very nice touch too. Thanks Blu!

Blu is amazing at what he does! Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, communication was awesome! He walked us through every step of the way. He took care of everything for us and made it a very smooth to purchase our first home! If there were more stars I would give him a 10! I will recommend Blu to my family when they buy and sell there home!

I had a great first time home buyer experience with a lot of help from Blu. He responded quite fast and was very knowledgeable about what to look out for and all the neighborhoods we were looking in. I would absolutely recommend if you are looking to buy a house. He also helped us decide on an offer price given the current market to make sure we got our dream house but didn’t over pay.
