Britney truly went above and beyond to help us find a great home! We were moving from out-of-province and that, combined with COVID-19 restrictions made looking for a house a stressful and potentially difficult situation, but Britney made the entire process very easy.

Stacey was amazing at her job. We were on a house hunting trip due to a military posting from Gagetown to Halifax. We were very unfamiliar with the area and Stacey helped us in choosing different homes from all different areas to allow us to see which area we actually liked. She was very open and took us to view every house that met our criteria. She was very helpful in trying to help us in the bidding war of a market. After bidding on three different homes way above asking we were getting very frustrated and thinking we would never find anything. She was always so positive and always letting us know "we will find something, don't worry". She made things so easy with the offers and explaining everything in layman's terms for us. She is very knowledgeable about each area we looked around HRM and was able to let us know the pros and cons of each which made it easier to narrow things down. She was incredibly flexible with working around our schedule and focusing on us. She made us feel like we were her only clients when we knew she was working with several others. She made our experience so wonderful. She was very good for communication, either with phone calls, emails of virtual showings, all were very professional and done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Stacey for selling or buying real estate. She is very experienced in her field and we absolutely loved working with her. She never once made us feel like we had looked at too many houses or that this market was insane, when really deep down we knew it was crazy. Thanks you so much for everything you did for us. We are beyond grateful. I would highly recommend Stacey for buying or selling of real estate.

She was a lways willing to view a property I picked out within a day or two and was recommending properties to me as well. Today's market is super competitive, and Britney did a great job helping me decide what to offer and if it would be competitive. There was no BS with her, never pushing to offer more if we didn't feel like we needed to, or if it wasn't worth it. Which is something I feel like agents could easily take advantage of in a market like this. Even taking care of every little detail after having an accepted offer - scheduling inspections, giving me to-do lists, reminders, etc. At no point was I ever worried or confused about what had to be done or who was doing it. She's super organized and knows her stuff. 10/10, absolutely no complaints from me. I looking forward to working with her again, and I will recommend her anytime I have a friend buying/selling. She has an excellent grasp of market conditions and values. I ranked her 5 out of 5 in communication and would have given her a 10 if there was a 10 box to tic. Her organization skill are amazing. Should I need an agent she will be the first I will call.</p>
