Stacey was proactive in our approach to buying a home for the first time, educating us all things market, finances, and even what to expect emotionally! We viewed three homes, and put our first offer in on the third home we viewed - and our very first offer was accepted! That in itself is exceptional, but certainly so during 2022 (following covid pandemic, and a very stressed housing market as a result).
