<p>Ben has been my real estate agent for the last ten years now and I wouldn't think of using another. He has seen me through the ups and downs of the market, providing me with insights and strategies whenever I had questions. His answers are always well thought out and cater to my particular needs but are realistic and no BS. He is thorough, professional and hard working but still has a sense of humour to get you through those nights where you've had six viewings in four hours! There are no hard sell tactics, just honest, intelligent conversation about what would be your perfect home and how to best get you into it. I have reccommended Ben to family, friends and my in-laws! Haha, that's the true litmus test.</p>

<p>Ben is an excellent communicator and works in real time all the time. Sending texts with exact time of arrival, calling when required. Always takes the time to keep me informed even though I'm not currently active in the market.<br /> Even came to visit after my renovation and was happy to make on-going recommendations.</p>

<p>Being a first time homebuyer I was a bit nervous. Ben was fun, friendly and super knowledgeable, he made the process enjoyable. His guidance and understanding of the market helped me make decisions on obtaining the perfect home as well as one that would be more marketable in the future.</p> <p>Buying a condo entails going through condominium docs and worrying about special levy's etc.. Ben was able to carefully review these documents to ensure I was buying in a sound building with a responsible strata corporation.</p> <p>He was always on time, answered his phone and made me feel like a priority, Again his super positive demeanor also just made the whole process that much better . I have been extremely happy with my home and would not hesitate to use Ben in any future real estate dealings.</p>
