My husband and I have used ben's services to sell twice and buy once. This last deal we sold our home with the addition of Meredith who is warm, knowledgable and great at presenting our home as if it were her own. Although we didn't get the price we initially hoped for (the market was moving in a downward trend with more saturation of homes), Ben used his experience and strong suggestions which ultimately gave our home the desirability to sell.
