This is the second time in 5 years that Ben Sweet and his team have done a great job for us and have helped us find the home that meets our needs and our budget. Ben lined up the appointments to quickly see over 15 places for sale in an organized manner compatible with our schedules. Before starting the places tour he asked us questions for him to better understand our motivation, expectation and future plan for the new home. At each place we saw, Ben pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of buying it, looking at it through our eyes and criteria but also providing the angle we may not have thought about. He is a forthright straightforward agent that we trust. When we found the home my wife and I fell in love with, Ben negotiated the sale price with our best interest in mind and he got us an excellent deal. As we bought the home from a relocation company, Ben guided us through their corporate addendum to the contract to point out our real exposure and make sure we were comfortable accepting or pushing back some clauses. Ben went the extra mile for us, for example he popped in the place we bought to make sure that the central vacuum system is properly working for us, he inspected the place right before closing day for our peace of mind before transferring the money. Ben liaised with our mortgage broker and our layer to timely finalize the sale with the least amount of hassle to us. I was then given Meredith's contact information and understood what they meant. From the very start, we had a fantastic experience with Meredith. Being first time home buyers with minimal knowledge of the process, she was a wealth of information and answered all of our *many* questions quickly and honestly. She made the process of buying our home extremely easy and continually went above and beyond to help us in any way possible before, during, and after the process. There's no necessity for me to applaud her for her true professionalism, positive attitude, comprehensive knowledge, expertise skills and effective communication. Everyone knows that! I would rather expound on those 'little' characteristics that she possesses that made her a star agent. Characteristics that are normally overshadowed by the norm in most rating system. Let's begin with her sunny disposition. The aura she exeburates generates synergy and enthusiasm. That translate to confidence, hers and mine! Add those winsome smile and we have a perfect partnership of trust and zeal! Next comes her personal touch. She makes even the most minute thing evaporated into thin air. It was that easy and breezy feeling that gives me comfort knowing that my sometimes unreasonable demands have been dispelled. And I'm not that an easy going a client to begin with, that I admit! Most notably, it is her immediate response to our calls - she can be driving or having a baby, she would still response within 5 minutes to address any concerns that my husband and I may have. They said early bird catches the worm, yep, one of the main reasons why we have chosen her over others - her immediate reply to our initial email enquiry. That shows great enthusiasm and class! That's how fast she gets things done like nothing fazes her. My philosophy in life is 'Time and Tide wait for no man!' Yup, for sure Meredith lives up to my motto. Throw in a great sense of humor, she's indeed a right fit for us! My husband and I are very appreciative of her great effort in getting us the right buyer. As first time home buyers, the thought of trying to find our perfect house in a giant city we aren't familiar with was extremely daunting.
