We have had great agents in the past and given the market and previous challenges in selling our unique lot, we felt the need for fresh eyes.<br /><br />Ben and his team have a great strategy and level of detail in approaching their work that seemed to have made a real difference in reaching and qualifying prospective buyers in a challenging market with our unique lot. The complimentary staging walk-through was very helpful for us to prioritize and execute presentation in alignment with our capacity and budget. Ben was forthright with frank discussions and well informed methodology that helped empower us to make sound decisions, and followed-up quickly with a diagnostic, lessons learned lens if there were any miscommunications. The team functioned very well together overall, was very communicative, responsive and transparent to help us reach our goals.
