<p>Darren was just outstanding! Some times I would send him listings to view the night before and he would book the tour the next day (In such a short notice). He is super active and really knowledgeable about the real estate market and different neighborhoods in Calgary. I was a picky home buyer and we searched the home for three months with over 100+ different viewings. Not once did I feel like he was rushing me into a deal. When I found a perfect home he got me an unbelievable deal using his specialties. He goes out of his way to make your home transaction really smooth. There are many instances where he went above and beyond. For instance after property inspection, the filter in the furnace was really old and I raised a concern with Darren. The next day he raised the issue with the other realtor to let the owners know to change the filter. The owner/realtor did not change the filter the next time did a walk through so he just he bought 3 pack of filter by himself and replaced it for me and never charged me anything for it. Absolutely recommend him to anyone.</p>
