<p>Darren was just outstanding! Some times I would send him listings to view the night before and he would book the tour the next day (In such a short notice). He is super active and really knowledgeable about the real estate market and different neighborhoods in Calgary. I was a picky home buyer and we searched the home for three months with over 100+ different viewings. Not once did I feel like he was rushing me into a deal. When I found a perfect home he got me an unbelievable deal using his specialties. He goes out of his way to make your home transaction really smooth. There are many instances where he went above and beyond. For instance after property inspection, the filter in the furnace was really old and I raised a concern with Darren. The next day he raised the issue with the other realtor to let the owners know to change the filter. The owner/realtor did not change the filter the next time did a walk through so he just he bought 3 pack of filter by himself and replaced it for me and never charged me anything for it. Absolutely recommend him to anyone.</p>

Ben and Meredith were very helpful with both our sale and purchase of a new property. Ben was very patient with us while we impatiently awaited our sale. On the purchase side, Meredith helped us narrow down a perfect home to move our family into.

We really enjoyed working with Darren! He was really knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was so quick to respond to any of our inquiries and made the house hunting and negotiating process a breeze. We would definitely work with Darren again.

Outstanding realtor! If you're looking for a friendly, professional and knowledgeable realtor, he's the man! He's always on time and make our buying fun. He works hard and really gave us good deal- like suprisingly good deal! We used him 3 times already, all our family members, when buying houses. That a sign of confidence! Will go back to him again when needed to buy and sell our current house.
