Working with Ben Sweet was a dream! He's honest, reliable, SUPER prompt with communication, and FUN!! His knowledge of value is super helpful and with his many years of experience, he knows what might be a good option and what would only be a waste of time to look at. I completely trust his experience, advice, and suggestions. Ben took the time to find a property for me that "checked all the boxes" and advocated for me in negotiations. Even when i was not actively looking for a property, Ben always answered my many questions about real estate. He is always available with honest and timely answers whether it be about market trends, interest rates, or particular properties. I would highly recommend Ben and his team!!
