Justian provided an experience like no other. He was very informative, patient and proactive with pretty much every part of the process. Any questions I had, I just sent them to Justian and I would get a prompt, detailed response which we really appreciated as clueless first time buyers. Justian was also very dedicated to helping us find the location the ticket our boxes and he also held us accountable when we tried to bypass our own requirements!
