Ben Sweet and associates (Paul Bergeron) were very easy to work with. They were very knowledgeable, accommodating and thorough with arranging the advertising and marketing of this condo unit. All staff were respectful and professional.

Alex, Ben and the team helped me find my first home and this was my first ever experience doing anything outside of renting. This change came very quickly and on a tight timeline for me, and this team handled it with ease and compassion. They answered my 100 questions flawlessly, helped me balance the budget with my expectations and needs, but honestly the best part was being able to laugh with them. My biggest fear was going into this process and having it feel super rigid and stuffy, but this team really understood the assignment. They even hand picked the place I ended up falling in love based on a list of my wants and needs, which was happily unexpected! I couldn’t have been more lucky to stumble across these guys on a review site a few months ago and I hope this review helps someone else enjoy the same luck I was so fortunate to have.
