Working with Tristan was a great experience for us. We didn’t know Calgary at all, we are from BC. He was driving us around and He honestly described every area’s cons and pros. He listened to our ideas and needs and he showed us the houses accordingly.He was always available and responded to us fast. That was a major thing for us, because we had a very limited time there. He helped us find our future home in 10 days! We are very sceptical, opinionated and down to the point people, it’s not easy to deal with us. He really made the whole experience exciting and as stress free as possible and with a smile .His expertise , market knowledge, valuable advices and his negotiation skills came through it all….. And YES he negotiated a good price for us.We highly recommend him ! Thank you Tristan!

Working with Josh was a great experience for us. He was so knowledgeable and professional. He made us feel so at ease with the whole process. We never felt pressured into making a decision. He also gave us honest advice which we really appreciated and needed as first time home buyers. It was more important for him to give us honest advice about a place rather than to make a sale fas which we appreciated more than we could explain. He really took what we said was important to us, and stuck with that which was so great. He was so accommodating with our crazy schedules, and made the trip to airdrie for us so many times.
