I've used Ben to help with my home purchases twice now, and both times I've found him to be fantastic. Ben is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, especially the Calgary market. I could tell that Ben legitimately had my best interests at heart, and his consultation and assistance with both of my purchases was invaluable. I also had the pleasure of working with Alex for my most recent purchase, one of Ben's associates. Alex was diligent and efficient, and his constant communication and updates ensured that I was able to purchase the apartment that I had my eye on. I was extremely with Ben and Alex, and I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who is looking to purchase a property in Calgary.

I had found Kris, Ben, and the team researching Calgary real estate agents and was so happy I went with them! Kris was so responsive and helped go above and beyond. I had actually found my current house because he had taken the time to look at houses I had not considered and I am glad he did. Kris, Ben, and the team were so quick and organized, always making sure that the process was smooth as possible whenever anything came up. They really try to make the situation as stress-free as possible. I have to say, they were successful. Big thank you to the whole team!

Ben Sweet called me after I was referred by a good friend, he set me up with one of his Realtors, Kris Paul. I can't speak highly enough about my experience. It was my first home purchase, and he bent over backwards for us. Viewing 3-4 properties a night, teaching us what to look for, complete honesty and integrity. When we found "the one" he spent all night up to midnight securing a deal with the owners Realtors. He helped us out with getting a good law firm to lock everything down. Long story short, he was incredible. Knowledgeable, prompt, hard working, and when you need him, he's there for you. Highly recommend. If I could give him 10 stars out of 5 I would.
