They were always available to us to answer any questions we had and were transparent in those responses. Their communication skills are top notch and their experience is evident. Ben and Carey took good care of me from start to finish in the process of selling my Yaletown condo. They made great suggestions for me to prepare it for showing, brought in a skilled photographer, and even some nice touches to show it at its best. Good pricing, good negotiating, good presentation, and good fortune, got a good sale price, and very good closing date😃!
