Ben and Carey took good care of me from start to finish in the process of selling my Yaletown condo. They made great suggestions for me to prepare it for showing, brought in a skilled photographer, and even some nice touches to show it at its best. I was completely on board with the sales strategy we agreed on, as I needed a quick sale due to a rapidly approaching close on my soon-to-be new home. Good pricing, good negotiating, good presentation, and good fortune, got a good sale price, and very good closing date😃! This is a concierge real estate service, and based on my experience I recommend them without reservation.
