Belinda has been my realtor for the purchase of my very first home, to the purchase of some rental properties through the years , and now with the purchase of my family of 4’s home. She goes above and beyond for me and I always feel like she’s not only helping me purchase a good home, she’s also making sure that I am making a good investment and purchasing something that I won’t regret. I completely trust her and would recommend her to anyone considering buying a home. She is educated, honest, and very knowledgeable in her industry.

Belinda was the absolute best I could of hoped for in an agent. She was knowledgeable about all aspects of my house and neighborhood, and made the buying process as easy as it could be. I definitely would recommend Belinda to everyone and will use her for any future purchases.

Belinda helped my partner and I with the purchase of our very first home and what can we say, she is absolutely amazing. Her knowledge, expertise, enthusiasm, and compassion made this whole process significantly less stressful. She was always quick to respond to emails and calls, and we felt like we could always depend on her whenever we had questions. Belinda reassured us every step of the way but was also mindful of our concerns. Her careful reasoning and negotiation skills led us to the price we were hoping for in the end. Additionally, she provided us with information for numerous contacts which was very helpful as we didn't know many people in these specific areas. We would 100% recommend Belinda to friends and family and would love to work with her again in the future!!

Everyone did a fantastic job and got our house sold in no time at all. From the first visit with Belinda through to the sell everything went great. The Photographers were so amazing that they almost made me change my mind about selling the house. I was kept informed and updated at every step. Every call or question was answered quickly and accurately. I could feel that Belinda really cared about us, she is an amazing, hard working young lady with a heart of gold. Overall was a great experience and would highly recommend Belinda and the whole team at Urban Upgrade. 10/10 thanks so much for everything.

Belinda did an outstanding job in all aspects of the home sale. We were always well informed with what was happening with our listing and the listing its self was outstanding. We would recommend Belinda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Belinda was absolutely crucial to helping me buy my first home. She was extremely pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable, and very hardworking. She helped me every step of the way to make the process as easy to understand as possible. Countless times she gave me advice and recommendations and each and every time she was correct. She seemed to know more about the process than even my bank/mortgage advisor did. Without Belinda's help, I truly don't think I would have been able to make this all work. As a 21 year old purchasing my first home, it is a very frightening process, and very confusing as i do not understand a large portion of how the whole process works. But Belinda was always available to help, even at late hours and weekends. She always put me first and was constantly reaching out to find ways to help smooth out the process for me. I could never have imagined having someone as professional and down to earth as Belinda. I can only hope she will be available for me next time, as I could not imagine having done this without her. If I could rate her more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Belinda!!!!
