Excellent agent! We have used many realtors over many years and rarely have we had the satisfaction that we have with Belinda Parkes. Everything she promised to do, she did. From the beginning, Belinda was upbeat, energetic and confident. She was attentive and passionate about selling our house. Communication was key for us and she delivered! We have used the services of Belinda Parkes and Urban Upgrade twice now. She’s helped both my family and my mother find homes in Calgary. In both instances, we were dealing with tight timelines. We were incredibly impressed with the level of service, attention to detail and efficiency of Belinda’s services. She was very knowledgeable about the market and different neighbourhoods that would be the best fit for us. She was professional - following up with multiple parties to ensure our closings occurred on time with no issues. Belinda is also one of the most personable and upbeat people we have ever met. While buying a new home can be stressful, she made it a lovely experience. We would definitely recommend her services!

I don't think words can capture how much we appreciate Belinda. My partner and I met her at an open house, started chatting, and fell in love with her positivity, wealth of knowledge and candid (but tactful) honesty. We knew nothing about home purchases and were sorely unprepared. When we unexpectedly found our ideal house during the Christmas season, we reached out to her. She jumped into action, guided us through the entire process seamlessly, and relentlessly advocated for us on every tiny detail. We were on an extremely tight timeline (only 2 weeks from the open house to possession). She introduced us to the right people at the right time (mortgage broker, inspector, lawyer, all of whom were also complete gems). It was a well-oiled machine. Belinda made sure we were taken care of every step of the way, and gave us a feeling of peace, sanity and stability during one of the most stressful and emotional periods in recent memory. She answered our calls and texts at all times of the day/night, fought our battles (big and small) for us, and even helped us find tenants & conduct viewings (as this is a rental property), which I am pretty sure is not within the scope of her work. There were a couple of nights where we needed access to the house prior to possession. She was very sick, but she drove to the house to let us in, sat outside in her car in -40 weather for 2+ hours, patiently waiting for us to do whatever we had to do. She was extremely detail oriented. Whatever little thing we brought up in casual conversation was written down and addressed swiftly. She continues to make us a priority long after the possession date, helping us deal with little (and not so little) hiccups we've been experiencing with the builder of the home. Belinda brought joy and lightness to an otherwise stressful and emotional process, she has been our fairy godmother and we are so grateful to have her on our side.

We bought our first home with Belinda and we couldn't be happier. First of all, Belinda has a great personality and is very easy to work with. As first time home buyers she always took the time to explain things to us that we were uncertain of. Her knowledge and experience within the calgary and surrounding area were invaluable as we were moving from another province. Belinda also gave us a few recommendations that turned out great in our buying process. I would definitely recommend Belinda to anyone looking for an agent. Belinda was incredible to work with. She knew exactly what we were looking for and her expertise in dealing with the builders on our new build was second to none.
