Barry was an incredible partner in the sale of our house of 31 years. His experience and energy put our home heads and shoulders above the other listings in our much sought after neighbourhood. He recommended upgrades for both the inside and outside of the house and then made it possible by connecting us with all of the trades needed to execute the job. The work transformed our house bringing it up to date drawing people in to see it despite a very slow market at the time. Barry really cared about making the sale of our house a great experience. Always the professional he is there to answer all of your questions when you need him and to smooth out the journey should there be bumps in the road. Real estate is his passion and it shows!

Barry was an incredible agent, who in a challenging situation (I was living an hour away from the house that was being sold), worked incredibly hard to prepare the house for an estate sale.
