<p>The only reason Barry Lebow gets a 5 out of 5 is that I can’t give him a 6 out of 5. There are thousands of agents in Toronto but I wanted to select a true professional, one with years of experience under his belt, and Barry is it.</p> <p>When it comes to probate, estates, senior issues, or even “ordinary” purchases and sales, Barry has the experience to deal with these matters and he does not have to learn on the job.</p> <p>Barry brought other trades and professionals into the sale process to make the process easier and maximize top dollar on a sale. He took care of decluttering, ripping out ancient carpet, staging, repairing, and showcasing what was an ordinary house so we got considerably more money than an unsolicited pre-listing offer.</p> <p>He is easy to deal with, reports back regularly, always gives updates, and is never hard to reach by phone or email.</p>

As a matter of fact, BARRY went far above expectations. Barry personally helped to "prep" the house, and had the professional contacts that helped my mother downsize. His Marketing and Selling strategies were things of beauty-- quick and efficient, and maximizing the dollar value that my mother received for her home.

Barry is an amazing agent. He works so hard to get the job done. He goes above and beyond! I cannot say enough about his professionalism, his courteousness, his responsiveness, and his capabilities. He made, what could have been a very difficult situation, extremely easy and expedited the process.
