Bahaa was an exceptional asset to my search for a condo in downtown Toronto. I was very unfamiliar with the area and had little to no idea of what to except given my budget and preferences. Bahaa helped me to find the best combination of space and location, providing insight to living downtown and what challenges/benefits it may bring in different areas. I would have had an extremely difficult time finding the right lease without Bahaa's help and I would recommend him to anyone.

Bahaa was great at identifying what my partner and I were looking for in an apartment without us having the insight ourselves. He is very easy to work with, accommodating, got us the best unit possible, and even helped us to negotiate are far better monthly rate for the unit. Would certainly work with him again.
