Avtar treated us like family. He was open and honest right from the beginning of the process of selling our home and buying a new one. Avtar found us our dream home within 2 weeks of working with him and within the first 24 hours of the home being on the market, we had signed a deal for a price we were more than comfortable with. When it came time to put our home on the market, Avtar reassured us that he would work hard to get us top dollar for our home. He explained to us that the listing price for our home would establish a new home value in Malton. And by following his advice, we not only achieved a quick 2 day sale but OVER ASKING!! We are extremely grateful for his hard work and dedication during this stressful time and we highly recommend his service.

Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Avtar Singh was very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Avtar Singh is not only a fantastic realtor, he is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Avtar Singh moved fast as houses were flying off the market. He negotiated and helped us to obtain the house as per our needs, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair.
