Mr. Avtar Singh is one of the best realtors I have found in my life. He is very honest and has exceeded all my expectations for buying and selling my house. He helped me get a detached home with such a low price that exceeded my expectations with his best negotiation skills. He also sold my semi-detached in just 24hrs with an over-asking price which I never expected. He is very confident and knows what he is doing and told me before listing that he will sell my home asap and that too with the best price. He fulfilled his promise by selling with an over-asking and record-breaking price in just 24hrs of listing. In this current slow market, he sold my property over asking within a short time span and that's really challenging. I have never seen this type of confidence and honesty in many realtors. He has proven himself and fulfilled his role and worked for the best interest of his client and that's the best asset in his career. I, my family and the entire community are proud of his role as a great realtor and we pray for his best career and growth.
