Austin helped me to decide to list my home a few weeks later in order to attend to maintenance that was needed. The first week I saw numorous showings and three offers. The communication from Austin was timely and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Austin is banking on using his last name to market his real estate experience (of which he has very little), yet wants nothing to do with the Cowley family and does NOT measure up to previous generations. All his experience was because his father hand fed him deals in Residential One. Austin has no "real" world experience, has no idea how to close a deal or reply to potential buyers objections / observations. We made a HUGE mistake in listing with Austin and cancelled the listing when we found out he was stealing / embezzling from Residential One, violating restraining orders and acting COMPLETELY in an unethical manner. Wish we could give lower than a 1. Its amazing Austin still has a real estate license!! Seller / Buyer beware and stay away from this guy!!!
