Audrey has such a calming presence and always kept us grounded and reassured during what can be a very stressful experience. In a transitioning market, Audrey was able to negotiate on our behalf to get us our new house in our desired neighbourhood . She was also able to successfully market our home and create such a buzz that it sold over asking within a week! Audrey also has amazing design knowledge and can help you stage your home and imagine the potential in your dream home! Audrey is honestly such a special real estate agent. She truly cares about the people she works with and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home.
