Audrey Bailey is a thorough and a sincere professional. She epitomizes professionalism. I Had a great pleasure in collaborating with her and I cannot thank my luck stars. Couldn't have found a better realtor for my first home purchase in Burlington area. Audrey Bailey knows the Burlington/Oakville/ Waterdown area like the back of her hand. I didn't have to repeat my requirements twice. She understood in one go and whatever she showed me, was in line to my requirements and my budget. There was not a single viewing, which I didn't like. Audrey was really prompt in scheduling the viewings, perfect in predicting the expected values in terms of the bid prices. She kept me informed at every step, though it was beyond working hours for her. I can confidently recommend Audrey Bailey for anyone who's trying to find a home in Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, and Waterdown area.

We are beyond glad we met Audrey at an Open House and have the opportunity to work with her on my recent move. Not only is she patient and kind, she is extremely knowledgeable and is able to easily distill the right information to those who are not in the industry. We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Audrey (as well as Amy from her team), she was very quick to understand what we were looking for, and supportive along the journey (which had a few stops and starts on our end). We worked with her on finding a new home in Burlington (where she provided us an abundance of local context and insight) and are so excited to move there. She negotiated a below asking, conditional offer for our dream home that gave us the ability to work through the sale of our current home. She also has a great network within the area for adjacent services, the home inspector she recommended in particular was great.

I own a condo in downtown Toronto. I recently had a long-term tenant leave for another part of Canada. Audrey Bailey had also arranged that tenancy and it was a great match! I was a bit concerned about getting another tenant into my place timely, but Audrey immediately posted the vacancy on MLS and within two to three days we had over 12 responses and confirmed appointments. We had very good quality candidates for the tenancy and accepted a very nice couple to start their tenancy at the Condo in less than a month. This was a tremendous relief to me! Audrey understood my stress and worked quickly to arrange a new tenant, and impressively it was at a much higher monthly rate than the previous tenant had paid! This is only my most recent experience with Audrey's real estate skills. I am an American and had tricky territory to navigate in order to obtain a mortgage in Canada, particularly since this Condo purchase was during the pandemic. Audrey's skills and contacts made a very difficult transaction possible and was a great introduction to her talent as a complete agent! She was also responsible for staging the condo and managing issues that arose during the tenancy! She knows all facets of the real estate industry and there is no one I have more confidence in than Audrey! She's a great problem-solver and is such a cheerful personality, she takes the stress out of the stressful situations involved with real estate transactions and ownership! I will use her real estate services in the future and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a dedicated and pleasant professional like Audrey, to assist them in any aspect of a real estate transaction!
