Ashton is a very professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable Agent. She performed her duties well and made our first home purchase very memorable and pleasant. A majority of our business was conducted through phone and email as I was relocating from another province. Ashton provided daily updates on properties available within our budget and preferred locations. When it came time to close she was available 24/7 and responded quickly to my requests and questions. Ashton has a robust and strong network of vendors that made the process very easy. She normally deals in higher value properties so it was very refreshing to have her put in such a great effort and take the time to help me locate and close on a smaller budget. It really made me feel valued as a client. I was also impressed with her ability to navigate the BGRS move process. I would highly recommend her, especially to new homebuyers and also anyone needing to purchase on a BGRS/Military/Government relocation. I look forward to utilizing her services again in the future.
