We purchased a house that Ashlee Gerrard owned and flipped. It has been a complete nightmare -furnaces installed improperly, no insulation, roof failed within a year - this list goes on. She did not disclose any of the historic issues with the property and has been zero help as we tried to track down warranty information.

Ashlee and Amanda were reffered to my wife and I by close friends whom had highly recommened them. We wanted to sell our home for the best price possible as do all sellers. In order to do this, we needed some help to compete with some of the other listings that were on the market. Ashlee and Amanda used their magic touch and staged our home. Not only did we get more than what we wanted for our home, we were the highest selling home that size, in that neighbourhood, at the time. We were so thrilled about the results of their efforts, we used them again to stage and sell one of our rental properties. Needless to say, the sale was a success. It sold that same weekend only after they staged our property and helped give potential buyers the visual that they sometimes need. We highly recommend Ashlee and Amanda, hands down. Zero issues or complaints. We are excited to work with them again!!

Amanda and Ashlee are pros! You can tell from the very first appointment that they are well informed about the market, know what they’re doing, and love what they do. They sold our starter condo in North York in record time, and I am positive that this was due to the expert staging they did (I wish the place looked that good when I actually lived there). Everything for the sale went smoothly and as expected - no surprises. Then it came time to buy a new place. I work a lot and don’t have the free time to look at properties. All I knew was that we wanted to be able to walk to work. Amanda and Ashlee were very knowledgeable about the character of the different neighbourhoods and really helped us narrow down our search criteria. The Toronto condo market was RED HOT, but Amanda and Ashlee didn’t let anything slip by them, so I feel like we did not miss out on any opportunities! When we first walked into the the place we now call home, we knew right away we wanted it, and they got it for us :) Don’t F* around when it comes to your home — call these ladies.

A few years later, as we expanded our family and looked to expand our home, we knew the only person to call to help us sell and buy our homes was Ashlee.
