He marketed our property very well which resulted in us getting multiple over-asking offers. He made the process very smooth and coordinated nicely with the buyers. He also got us an attractive over asking backup offer incase the first buyer couldn't procced. Overall, we would highly recommend Arvin and we will 100% keep investing with him in the future.
