Less than three weeks after you put the for "For Sale" sign on our lawn our house sold for the full list price. Another realtor had evaluated our house at between $10,000 and $20,000 less than the figure we got.</p> <p>Going with you as our real estate agent meant a difference of $10,000 minimum and possibly as much as $20,000. That's quite a difference! You weren't concerned about a quick sale if it meant poor price in realtion to fair market value. We felt you had our interests in mind as much as your commission on our well-kept and nicely landscaped house in an excellent location.</p> <p>We want to thank you for your many courtesies such as:</p> <p>saving us stress by keeping us up to the minute on how favourable each potential buyer viewed the house<br /> letting us be in control of appointment times for viewings<br /> saving us from wastion time on an open house.<br /> In about ten showing our house was sold .</p> <p>We have appreciated having you as our agent.</p>
